Thank you for shopping with Aldra. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, Monday through Friday. During peak periods such as holidays or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Standard US: 5–8 business days
- Express US (where available): 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control. Aldra. is not responsible for delays once an order has shipped.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information typically activates within 24–48 hours of shipment.
Damages & Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@aldraskin.com and we will help locate your package.
