We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aldra. purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Every Aldra. order is backed by a 30-day risk-free guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no return required for satisfaction-based requests.

Standard Return Window

If you would like to return your item for any other reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@aldraskin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@aldraskin.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of personal care products, opened items are not eligible for standard returns. However our 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers all purchases regardless — if you're not happy, contact us and we'll make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us at support@aldraskin.com, return the original item once approved, and place a new order separately.
